In larger consultancy agencies, it can be challenging to ensure that all colleagues are fully onboarded to Rolodex and actively syncing their contacts and activities.
As a Rolodex administrator, when I invite teammates to join the platform and connect their Mail and LinkedIn accounts, it would be extremely helpful to receive a notification when someone has actually completed their Rolodex account setup. This notification should include:
  • A visual confirmation (e.g., "[Name] joined Rolodex" with profile picture, similar to Clay.earth)
  • An overview of which accounts (Mail, LinkedIn, etc.) they have successfully connected
  • A count of how many contacts/companies/activities have been successfully synced, to verify that everything is functioning as expected.
This way, I don’t have to manually check the portal each time to see who has joined or whether they have completed the setup. It would make onboarding tracking much more efficient and transparent for admins.
Additionally, it would be even more convenient if, as a Rolodex administrator, I could not only invite colleagues but also immediately activate their Mail sync (Microsoft or Google) on their behalf. This way, they would only need to add the LinkedIn sync themselves. This would significantly reduce onboarding friction and ensure a faster time-to-value across the team.
