Add Sync Progress Dashboard for Contacts, Calendars, and Emails
Introduce a dashboard that shows the sync progress of LinkedIn contacts, Microsoft calendars, and emails. Users should be able to view how far Rolodex has progressed in indexing their data—whether the sync is complete, ongoing, or encountering issues. For admins, provide a team-wide overview displaying: * Which data sources (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn) each team member has connected (ALREADY VISIBLE TODAY) * The specific accounts that have linked * The number of contacts, emails, and meetings successfully synced from each source * The timestamp of the last successful sync per source, to detect issues such as an inactive LinkedIn Chrome extension * The date range of synced activities (from oldest to newest), to identify cases where a user's mailbox or calendar has been archived or limited in scope Value: Rolodex, as the collective brain of a consultancy agency, only creates value if all team members sync their data sources successfully. Currently, admins can see icons indicating whether Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn is connected, but not which accounts are linked, how much data has been pulled, or how fresh or complete the data is. This makes it difficult to ensure proper onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and maintain full data visibility across the team. Adding a sync progress dashboard would: * Improve transparency and team accountability * Help admins quickly identify sync issues (e.g., expired permissions, inactive Chrome extensions) * Surface partial syncs due to archived calendars or emails * Ensure the CRM is filled with accurate, complete, and up-to-date activity data
